Alsu Valieva
Strategic Communications Manager & Project Lead
Alsu is a strategic and multidisciplinary media and project manager with more than 10 years of experience in communications, branding, and cross-sector project leadership.
Alsu holds two Master’s degrees: a Master of Science (MS) in Public Relations with a specialization in Public Relations in Governmental and Public Organizations from Kazan National Research Technical University, and a Master of Arts (MA) in Humanities with a specialization in Slavonic Languages and Cultures from Tallinn University and Vienna University (Erasmus). Her academic background is complemented by professional training in IT product development, project management, and modern recruitment strategy, equipping her with a distinctive combination of analytical, technical, and people-centered skills.

Mihhail Kremez
Researcher / Communication Advisor / Lecturer
Mihhail is a PhD student (Media and Communication) at the Institute of Social Studies of the University of Tartu (Estonia), a research fellow (expert) at the University of Latvia, and a visiting lecturer at Tallinn University (Estonia). Mihhail holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Humanities (Communication) from Tallinn University (Estonia) and has worked for over 23 years as a lecturer.
Since September 2022, he has been actively engaged in media and audience research in Cyprus. He has collaborated with Professor Mike Hajimichael (University of Nicosia) to foster relations between Cypriot and Estonian academic institutions, lecturers, and students. He also studied at the University of Cádiz (Spain) from September to October 2021.
Mihhail has extensive experience in public relations, advertising, marketing, journalism, and translation. His research interests include communication (incl. public relations), the interaction between media and audiences, framing, social constructionism, reception theory, etc.
