Executive Program: IT Project Management

Objective:
To provide participants with in-depth, practice-oriented expertise in managing IT projects using both classical and agile methodologies (PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban), as well as leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance planning, execution, and performance.

  • Key performance indicators (KPIs) for project monitoring
  • AI Integration in Planning:
    • Schedule automation and optimization
    • AI assistants (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Notion AI)
    • AI-powered forecasting for timelines and resource needs

Module 3: Methodologies and Digital Tools

  • Agile principles and frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean
  • Scrum mechanics: roles, sprints, ceremonies, retrospectives
  • Kanban visualization and WIP management
  • Hybrid models: combining Agile and Waterfall for complex environments
  • Overview of digital tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, Miro, Confluence
  • AI in Project Execution:
